Role Summary:
The Marketing and Creative department is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded creative professional to develop the OmniaBio brand through diverse marketing and storytelling initiatives across video, digital, print, and social media platforms.
As a key contributor to the company's voice, you must demonstrate a balance of articulation and brevity, professionalism and approachability, as well as independence and strong teamwork skills.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Creative, who brings extensive experience in film directing, creative content production, and communication strategy. This is a rare opportunity for to grow creatively and professionally while benefiting from guidance by an experienced creative mentor.
You will be supporting the creation, execution, and distribution of world-class content as part of a company with a pioneering vision, contributing to impactful projects that enhance the company's brand and reach.
Responsibilities:
- Tell compelling stories. Content is king. You will ideate, write, edit, and publish content for web, social, video scripts, internal communications, press releases, and presentations that connect with a range of audiences.
- Own the creative process. You will coordinate the production, editing, delivery, and metrics reporting of key creative assets—videos, photography, presentations, trade show materials, digital content—and manage vendors or freelancers as needed.
- Lead digital presence. Help manage our website and social platforms. Create or coordinate content that is fresh, authentic, and aligned with our mission and tone.
- Execute and evolve brand strategy. Partner on the development of our brand identity and voice, and manage implementation across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Project manage like a pro. Keep complex creative and marketing initiatives on track from kickoff through launch.
- Lead with heart, think with data. Track metrics across marketing and digital platforms to inform about ROI for campaigns and communications.
- Be the department quarterback. Organization and prioritization are critical to keep the marketing engine running. You’ll manage inbound creative project requests, ensure we’re tracking to our deadlines, coordinate production schedules, and juggle a variety of projects that require coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a cultural amplifier. Capture and communicate who we are—internally and externally. Whether through social media, a behind-the-scenes video, or a company newsletter, you’ll help express our DNA.
- Be resourceful, adaptable, and positive. Be comfortable with utilizing AI to accelerate processes and augment human creativity. Bring big ideas, a can-do attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications:
- Are highly adaptable and thrive in fast-moving, creative environments.
- Are comfortable with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, particularly video editing in Premiere Pro. Experience with Audition, After Effects, and Logic is a bonus.
- Have some graphic design experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Have 3–8 years of experience in marketing, branding, or similar creative role.
- Have experience on film sets, live productions, or with photography and lighting equipment.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to own goals and outcomes, not just execute tasks.
- Are a natural storyteller with strong writing and content development skills.
- Understand both the strategic and executional sides of branding and communications.
- Are comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping quality.
- Are fluent in social media trends, digital publishing, and multimedia content.
Desired Characteristics:
- Bonus if you have experience in life sciences, tech, patient advocacy, or other complex industries where clarity and creativity matter.
