Description de Poste :
L'équipe d'apprentissage de la commercialisation internationale est actuellement à la recherche d'une personne talentueuse qui possède les compétences nécessaires pour assurer le succès immédiat et à long terme de l'apprentissage de la commercialisation partout au Canada. Le gestionnaire de l'apprentissage du Canada agira comme intermédiaire entre les divers intervenants en ce qui concerne les solutions, les services et la technologie d'apprentissage de la vente afin d'avoir une vue d'ensemble et de tirer parti de divers points de vue pour maximiser le rendement. Ce poste relève du responsable de l' apprentissage de la commercialisation en France. À ce titre, le gestionnaire de l'apprentissage du Canada travaillera avec la gestion des ventes, le marketing, la stratégie et les opérations, les RH, le médical, le centre d'excellence du WWCL, les gestionnaires de l'apprentissage et plusieurs équipes matricielles, pour s'assurer que toutes les initiatives d'apprentissage clés ajoutent de la valeur qui soutient les objectifs commerciaux locaux.

The International Commercialisation Learning team is currently looking for a talented individual who possesses the skills needed to ensure both the immediate and long-term success of commercialisation learning across Canada. The Learning Manager, Canada will act as a conduit between various stakeholders regarding sales learning solutions, services and technology to see the big picture and leverage diverse perspectives to maximize performance. This position reports to the Commercialisation Learning Lead France. In this role, the Learning Manager, Canada will work with Sales Management, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Hr, Medical, WWCL COE, Learning Managers and multiple matrix teams, to ensure that all key learning initiatives add value that support the local business objectives.
